De Impiana Concept was built around a simple frustration homeowners keep running into: hiring a designer for the concept, then hiring a separate contractor to build it, and watching the vision get lost somewhere in between.
We run design and renovation as one continuous process. The same team that draws the concept also carries out the carpentry, fit-out and site work, so what gets built is exactly what was designed, with one point of contact throughout.
Over time, that approach has built a strong local following, our work is shared and followed by a growing community of homeowners across Kedah and the wider northern region, well before they ever reach out to us directly.
